dc.description.abstractGuidance program of non-formal education at nine regencies in Gresik was still low that causes many programs could not be developed well. Those become boundaries for the continuity of non-formal education in Gresik. However, non-formal education program (PNF) in Driyorejo regency has been developed well. It is because of guidance from Out of School Education figures, society figures, and PKBM boards. The guidance was done for the purpose to make all the programs that were going to be hold would be appropriate with the plans or they would not out of the plans that had been decided before. Concerning on the reality above, it could be seen that the guidance that had been done by both the government and the society were very important. Because of the reasons previously mentioned, the guidance system of non-formal education at PKBM Baitul Muslimin, Driyorejo, Gresik is the interesting to study. This study was focused on the main problems on how “Procurement Guidance System of Non-Formal Education (at PKBM Baitul Muslimin, Kecamatan Driyorejo, Gresik).” This study had purposes to describe: (1) how are the indicators of the successful of PKBM Baitul Muslimin, (2) how are the factors supporting the success of PKBM Baitul Muslimin, (3) how are the pattern of procurement program of non formal education program at PKBM Baitul Muslimin, (4) what meaning that can be constructed from guidance pattern at PKBM Baitul Muslimin. This study applied qualitative research that is case study. The technique that was used to determine the informant was snowball sampling technique. The subjects of this study were all elements that support the procurement of all non-formal education programs at PKBM Baitul Muslimin such as the controllers from Out of School Education (PLS), society figures, board of PKBM, teachers, TLD and the programmers. The data collections were obtained by depth interview, observation, and documentation study. The data was analyzed by using (1) data reduction, (2) data descriptions, and (3) drawing conclusion. The results of this study were: (a) procurement program of non- formal education, (b) programs that are served based on the society’s need, (c) the learning process was based on the religion aspects, (d) applied PDCA management strategy. From the results of this study, some suggestions were offered: (1) for the people who in charger to program the non-formal education, it was suggested to design pattern of guidance which is appropriate with the condition and the background of the surrounding society. The guidance cannot be done by using top-down procedure rather it was suggested to know the condition of the society in which the programs would be conducted., (2) for the people who involve in the procurement guidance program for non-formal education, it was suggested to always improve the guidance and the management strategy so that all nonformal education programs can continue like what wished, (3) for the other researchers, it was suggested to continue the results of this study and the researcher would be opened to share.en_US
