dc.description.abstractMicrohydro is the one of small power plant technology that using the potential water flow. This research was conducted to determine the level of efficiency and power generated by microhydro power plant on Mojan village, district Patrang, Jember. This research was conducted in three phases, the one is to determine water power analysis, turbine power analysis, and efficiency analysis. Each step performed with opened angle variation of nozzle as many as 5 rounds (0,0038 m 2 ), 15 rounds (0,0076 m 2 ), and 30 rounds (0,0152 m 2 ). From the data of water power, the greatest power water produce is in the opening 30 rounds, generated by 38.293,50 watt. Whereas for analysis turbine power, is done by calculating RPM and torque at every angle nozzle variations. The greatest turbine power is generated by 14.159,98 watt. The research shown that more greater opening the nozzle’s angle, more greater too the water and turbine generated. On efficiency analysis, the greatest generated efficiency by opening 5 rounds nozzle (0,0038 m 2 ), the efficiency is 91,1%.en_US
