Item type:Item, Aktivitas Antimikroba Dan Antioksidan Ekstrak Daun Hoya Lacunosa Blume Dan Hoya Diversifolia Blume(Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, 2026-07-01) Mazia Natasya AqilahPlants from the Hoya genus are known to have potential as traditional medicinal plants to treat various health problems, including stomachaches, skin infections, and rheumatism. The content of secondary metabolites, such as phenolics, alkaloids, and terpenoids, in these plants is thought to play a role in their biological activities, particularly as antimicrobials and antioxidants. This study aimed to analyze the antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of Hoya lacunosa and Hoya diversifolia leaf extracts. Antibacterial activity was tested against Staphylococcus aureus using the agar well diffusion method at concentrations of 10-50%, followed by determination of the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) using the liquid dilution method. Spectrum activity tests were conducted against Gram-negative bacteria (Salmonella typhimurium and Escherichia coli) and Candida albicans. Antioxidant activity was analyzed using the DPPH method, and IC₅₀ values were determined through a linear regression equation. The results showed that H. lacunosa extract at a concentration of 10-50% was able to inhibit the growth of S. aureus with a moderate to strong category (7.08-13.34 mm), while, H. diversifolia showed moderate to very strong category (10.48-23.13 mm). The MIC values for both extracts were obtained at a concentration of 12.5%. Spectrum testing showed that at 50% concentration, both extracts were classified as a broad spectrum inhibitor, capable of inhibiting Gram-positive bacteria (S. aureus) and Gram-negative bacteria (S. typhimurium and E. coli), also C. albicans. In the antioxidant test, H. lacunosa and H. diversifolia extracts had IC₅₀ values of 36.18 ppm and 43.73 ppm, respectively, which are considered very strong, although still lower than vitamin C (7.74 ppm). Both extracts showed potential as natural antimicrobial and antioxidant agents, although not as effective as the antibiotic chloramphenicol 1% and vitamin CItem type:Item, Penentuan Jalur Evakuasi Tsunami dengan Metode Ahp-Topsis di Desa Mojomulyo dan Desa Mojosari, Kecamatan Puger, Kabupaten Jember(Fakultas Teknik, 2026-06-18) M.Rizqi Fakhrisil AflahPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan tempat evakuasi sementara tsunami di Desa Mojomulyo dan Desa Mojosari, Kecamatan Puger, Kabupaten Jember. Item type:Item, Pemodelan Inundasi Tsunami Menggunakan Delft3d di Pantai Puger Kabupaten Jember(Fakultas Teknik, 2026-06-18) Ikhsan Pratekad Putra PrasetyoIndonesia is situated at the intersection of several tectonic plates, making it highly susceptible to tsunami hazards, particularly the coastal area of Puger Beach in Jember Regency, which possesses a high-risk profile. Despite this vulnerability, specific inundation modeling using megathrust earthquake scenarios for this region remains limited. This study aims to analyze wave height, arrival time, and the extent of tsunami inundation at Puger Beach to support disaster mitigation strategies. The research method utilizes numerical simulation with Delft3D software, employing a multi-domain nesting configuration that integrates high-resolution BATNAS and DEMNAS data at an 8,8-meter resolution. The model was validated using historical data from the 1994 Banyuwangi tsunami, yielding a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 2,61%, which indicates a high level of predictive accuracy. The simulation results for the worst-case megathrust scenario Mw 8,9 from PusGen (2024) predict tsunami waves reaching a height of 8,32 meters with an arrival time of 36 minutes at Puger Beach. The inundation impact on the mainland reaches a maximum distance of 1299,07 meters from the coastline with a run-up value of 5,22 meters. Additionally, water overflow in the river area extends up to 2621,99 meters with a 3,75 meter run-up, while the western part experiences an inundation distance of 1178,58 meters and a 3,68 meter run-up. Overall, the total affected area covers 4,843 km². This study produces a map of affected areas and tsunami propagation parameters, serving as a technical foundation for spatial planning and disaster preparedness in the southern coastal region of East Java.Item type:Item, Peran Pedagang Pakaian Dalam Menghadapi Perubahan Fashion Lifestyle Masyarakat DI Pasar Bandung Tulungagung(Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, 2026-06-29) Yola Marta Tania SavitriDigitalization has transformed people’s fashion lifestyle, which has implications for the declining popularity of clothing traders in traditional markets. This decline is presumed to be triggered by decreasing consumer interest in shopping directly at the market. To maintain their existence and image, clothing traders rely on non economic strategies, one of which is by strengthening social networks. The social networks established in Pasar Bandung, Tulungagung have proven to help traders retain customers through mechanisms of trust and consumer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the role of clothing traders in responding to changes in community fashion lifestyles at Pasar Bandung, Tulungagung, using Mark Granovetter’s theory of Social Embeddedness. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The analysis is focused on the perspective of clothing traders.Item type:Item, Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Berbantuan PhET Simulation Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi Siswa SMP dalam Pembelajaran IPA(Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, 2026-06-29) David Akhyar RosyadyThis study aims to determine students' higher-order thinking skills and to examine the effect of the inquiry learning model assisted by PhET Simulation on students' higher-order thinking skills in the topic of motion and force. This research employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of two classes, namely an experimental class that received treatment using the inquiry learning model assisted by PhET Simulation and a control class that received conventional learning. Data were collected through tests in the form of pretest and posttest. The research instrument consisted of 10 multiple-choice questions developed based on higher-order thinking skills indicators. The data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing with independent sample t-test. The results showed that students' higher-order thinking skills in the experimental class improved better than those in the control class. This was supported by the hypothesis testing result which showed a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the inquiry learning model assisted by PhET Simulation on students' higher-order thinking skills.
