dc.description.abstractThis research is attempts to test and analyze the impact of performance scoring system and incentive system as an independent variables on employees work productivity. The research was conducted on accounting employees division at primary branch banking company at Jember Regency. The method had been used in this research is survey method. The technique of data gathering was directly technique through questionnaire. There are three variables in this research, these are employees work productivity as a dependent variable and performance scoring system and incentive system as a independent variables. In this research, the test tool of data quality which had been used is validity and reliability test. This research also using Kolmogorov Smirnov Normality test. For classical assumption test using Multico-linearity and Heterokedasity test. The analytical tool which had been used is Doubled Linear Regression Analysis. The results of hypothetical test in this research showed that performance scoring system has not impact on employees work productivity significantly. While incentive system has impact on employees work productivity. This research also stated that there has been impact of both performance scoring system and incentive system on employees work productivity.en_US
